Eco Global Kids

Eco global kids is all about teaching
our children simple skills that will
help them learn the importance of
keeping our world a safe green place
to live in.  We need to teach them
this because their future very much
depends on it. We must  mold them
while they are young.
Simple things that can amount to a lot. We
recycle as much as possible so why not
compost along with it. Taking produce
scraps for example. We end up putting
them in a kitchen garbage bag then it goes
in a garbage bag. It takes a long time for it
to it disintegrate..Composting is the
answer so why not put in a compost mixer.
This is very beneficial for all our garden's. It
is not complicated procedure but imagine
the impact it would make in our land field
sites. Yet, it is also beneficial when we use
it in our gardens.
So teaching our children how to compost
is a important step for their eco garden.
Teach them how to compost things, what
can and cannot go in compost. Explain to
them what the end product will be. Nice
earth for their eco garden. Eco gardening
should also avoid any insecticides,
fertilizers. chemicals. Keep it simple. Try
to use eco friendly products that do not
contain these elements. Natural products
such as lime to sweeten the earth, bone
meal to promote growth. We should
explain why this is so important to do.

Why?Eco gardening also requires water.
The way are water resources are drying up
now water is a big concern. So why not
use what nature provides us with, rain.
Rain barrels on a day of heavy rain will fill it
up. The benefit to this is you can water
your garden for up to a week using this
method. How much water do you think we
waste just in watering our gardens? The
number is substantial. Another benefit to
using rain barrels is the amount you save
on your water bill, would probably benefit
you and our water resource supply.
